Aspen Mountian Resort Lodging

Staying at a ski resort is a great way to get the most out of your vacation. It’s a fun experience for the entire family.

Aspen Mountain Lodge offers cozy rooms with plush mattresses, mountain views, private balconies and jetted tubs. It’s also convenient to all the popular activities in Aspen.

Rooms

The rooms at Aspen Mountian Resort Lodging come in a variety of styles and sizes. Some of the rooms offer a balcony, while others have kitchenettes. The suites are more spacious and include a living room area.

The hotel is located in the heart of Aspen and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also on the main town shuttle route, making it easy to get around.

Tyrolean Lodge is one of the best places to stay if you are looking for value in Aspen, Snowmass and Buttermilk Mountain ski areas. Its charming rooms and cozy wood-burning fireplaces make for an excellent choice.

Restaurants

Aspen is one of the most accessible mountain getaways in the world. It’s not far from the airport and almost everything you need is within a five-block walk from the best hotels in town.

In addition to skiing, Aspen is a culinary hotspot with ski country’s most vibrant restaurant scene and liveliest nightlife. From upscale taverns to casual grab-and-go restaurants, Aspen has you covered for dining.

Buttermilk Mountain Lodge, part of a $23 million base area modernization designed by CCY Architects, has reopened for winter with a menu that pays homage to skier standards like pizza and pasta dishes. The casual Cliffhouse serves grab-and-go, too, and boasts views of Pyramid Peak.

Bars

After a day of skiing on the mountain, there are plenty of bars to keep you entertained. Aspen takes the apres scene to new heights all winter long, and there are many options for each taste.

The Little Nell’s Cloud 9 Bar is the place to start, but be sure to check out 39 Degrees pool bar and Belly Up for live music – both bring international acts almost every night during the winter season.

Clark’s Oyster Bar is a cozy and classic Aspen spot that serves scrumptious Happy Hour cocktails, oyster shooters, and martinis for a great price. This restored mahogany bar exudes historic charm and is a popular choice for after-ski activities!

There’s also the J Bar inside Hotel Jerome, which dates back to the 19th century and has a one of a kind vibe. The cocktail menu has a full wine list and local refreshing beers on tap.

Activities

Aspen is a world-famous ski destination with four resorts (Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands) to choose from. Each has their own terrain and slopes to suit your skills and abilities.

When you’re not hitting the slopes, try a ride on the gondola up Ajax Mountain or a day of fly-fishing on the Roaring Fork River. You can also hike the Maroon Bells or explore Independence Pass on a backcountry jeep tour.

After you’ve finished your skiing, head to the Aspen Mountian Resort Lodging and unwind in a comfortable room with a jetted tub and private balcony, a coffee maker and deluxe bath amenities. There are even pet-friendly rooms available.

Location

Aspen Mountian Resort Lodging is a ski-in ski-out hotel that offers cozy rooms with mountain views, jetted tubs, private balconies and easy access to all of the area’s most popular activities. Its location on Aspen’s Main Street ensures that you’ll always be close to everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Our family loved staying here! It is right across the street from the gondola and has great restaurants, shopping and galleries just steps away.

The condo units are very nice and well maintained. They have full kitchens, which is great if you like to cook.

You’ll love the outdoor pool and hot tub and continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
