If you’re planning a trip to Beaver Creek, then you should know that there are plenty of excellent resort accommodations. These include ski-in/ski-out condos, hotels and lodges that are located directly on the slopes or within walking distance to all village amenities.
The main village is a pedestrian-friendly hub, with most lodging and restaurants backing onto a walking walkway. There are also three villages linked by lifts and on-demand shuttles.
Ski-In/Ski-Out Accommodations
Beaver Creek Resort Lodging offers a variety of ski-in/ski-out accommodations, from boutique hotels to luxurious condos. All are located in the charming Beaver Creek Village, which is the heart of the resort and surrounded by world-class shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Luxury, mountainside lodging is the norm here, though some less expensive options are available in the neighboring town of Avon, which is a half mile downhill from Beaver Creek Resort. Guests can enjoy a complimentary shuttle to and from Avon, making it easy to access all of the main resort activities.
Among our favorites are McCoy Peak Lodge, which features Studio to five-bedroom residences with ski-in/ski-out access to Haymeadow Run on Beaver Creek Mountain. Villa Montane is another favorite, with spacious apartments featuring gas fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens.
The resort also offers a heated pool and spa, plus a fitness center. Those who prefer to relax in style should book a suite with a loft, where you can enjoy the cozy fireplace and in-suite washer/dryer.
Family-Friendly
Known for its family-friendly ski runs, programs, hotels and restaurants, Beaver Creek is a great choice for those traveling with kids. This mountain town is a self-contained resort, so the village is safe for children to run around and explore, while parents can relax in the lodges or on the slopes.
There are a variety of hotel and condo options for families to choose from at Beaver Creek, including ski-in/ski-out lodging. The Autograph Collection is a popular choice, offering spacious guest suites and excellent value for money.
Another option is The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas, located at the base of Beaver Creek. This resort has 68 studio, one- and two-bedroom villas that feature fully equipped kitchens.
This posh ski-in/ski-out resort is also one of the best values in town, especially for those with Hyatt Globalist status. You’ll receive free breakfast, resort fees and parking fees, as well as access to the on-site spa. The rooms are stylish and modern and the views are spectacular.

As far as ski resorts go, Beaver Creek is one of the most luxurious in Colorado. There are several notable hotels, ranging from the high-end Ritz-Carlton to budget friendly properties such as the Comfort Inn. Some of the more expensive options even offer valet parking and complimentary shuttle service to and from Beaver Creek. If you’re looking for the best in a palatial setting, look no further than the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa or The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Alternatively, you can opt for more moderately priced ski in/ski out properties in nearby towns like Avon. For the more adventurous, consider a road trip to Vail or Silverthorne, two of the more family friendly options in Eagle and Summit counties.
