Crested Butte Mountain Resort Lodging

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is a world-class ski area. Whether you’re a first timer or an experienced skier, this Colorado resort offers something for everyone.

In fact, this mountain is often referred to as Colorado’s last great ski town, and it’s not hard to see why! This is a genuine, charming town that’s not geared towards the social-registered crowd of Aspen or Vail.

The Inn at Crested Butte

Located at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this is one of the best ski-in, ski-out lodging options in town. It offers stunning slope-side views and slope-side dining.

The inn has newly remodeled rooms with attractive hardwood floors and a full range of modern amenities to enhance your stay. These include new bathroom fixtures, granite countertops, dual pod coffee makers and 400 thread count linens.

Rooms also have reclaimed pine beetle wood ceilings and solid wood doors. They are ADA accessible, and the main floor is pet-friendly.

The Inn is a great base camp for winter ski adventures and summer mountain biking. Its proximity to the Nordic Center and Gothic Valley makes it an ideal choice for skiers, and its convenient location means guests can leave their car in their parking lot and catch a free electric shuttle to the ski area or the free town bus that runs year-round.

The Lodge at Crested Butte

The Lodge at Crested Butte is a signature upscale mountain lodge offering slope side accommodations from luxury king rooms to deluxe four-bedroom condominiums in the heart of the base area. It also boasts a conference center and onsite shopping and dining plus a free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte.

It is located directly across from the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts. It offers a wide range of amenities including an indoor pool, fitness room, and Wildflower Spa.

During the winter, you can enjoy ski valet service making your stay even easier! Onsite dining includes the WoodStone Deli featuring Starbucks coffee, and the WoodStone Grille open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Elk Mountain Lodge is a historic hotel that has been completely renovated and combines the past with modern comforts. It features 19 guest rooms with private bathrooms, Cable TV, and wireless internet.

Nordic Inn

Nordic Inn is a ski-in/ski-out lodge that offers 28 guest rooms and chalets. The property was purchased by local owners Allen and Judy Cox in November 2012.

Renovated in two phases, the Nordic Inn retains its Colorado classic appeal while delivering modern conveniences. It also provides guests with a daily continental breakfast, pet friendly accommodations and a free ski resort shuttle between the town center and CBMR in winter.

The Nordic Inn is a one-of-a-kind lodging experience in the heart of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Its main floor lobby, breakfast room and great room feel like a home away from home and are ideal for lounging, playing games and reading a book.

The guest rooms include a balcony, cable programming and complimentary wireless Internet access. Bathrooms are equipped with tub/shower combinations, designer toiletries and hair dryers. The resort also offers concierge services, a spa tub and ski storage.

Three Rivers Resort

Three Rivers Resort is a great option for families looking to have fun on vacation. It has a large selection of cabins, including riverfront ones, as well as hotel style lodge rooms and RV sites with full hook-ups.

The resort also features a large pool, hot tubs and bar. It’s also home to Willowfly Anglers, an Orvis endorsed outfitter that specializes in fly fishing trips.

Located in Almont, the mountain town that lies just south of Crested Butte and the base of Mount Crested Butte, Three Rivers Resort is one of the best places to stay in the area. It’s also close to a variety of other attractions, such as the Gunnison River and Cranor Hill Ski Area.

The resort is a top pick for families with small children and offers a variety of amenities and features, including a large pool, a hot tub, a bar and a convenience store. It’s also a great place to take in the Colorado scenery.
