Strawberry Park Hot Springs is a beautiful natural mineral resort in a mountainous valley seven miles north of Steamboat Springs. The flowing rock-foundation pools run beside a creek that cools the geothermal hot water down to perfect soaking temperatures from 101 to 106 degrees.
The property offers cabins, tent sites, Watsu therapy and massage options. You can make reservations up to a month in advance. You’ll need a four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains to get to the property during November through May, as the roads are rutted and treacherous in winter.
