But, the Fritch family is still committed to providing guests with a personal touch. That’s why they host wine receptions in their apartment on Monday nights. During the transition, longtime employee Adam Cadenhead will continue to oversee operations.

The new owners are hoping to build on the hospitality tradition at the Sitzmark. Their goal is to keep a strong core of loyal return guests.
