Located next to The Lodge at Angel Fire, Winter Sports is the flagship ski rental and ski shop of Angel Fire Resort. Their demo rental-to-purchase program is a big draw for skiers and boarders, as it gives you the opportunity to try out new skis before buying them.

They have a large fleet of demo skis from major manufacturers like Volkl, Salomon, Fischer and K2. It’s also home to the best boot-fitting in the Moreno Valley. They’re open year-round for your convenience!

Summer Adventures

Angel Fire New Mexico is a mountain town that boasts a whole host of summer activities. From mountain biking to golf and ziplining, there’s something for everyone.

Angel Fire Resort has 2100 vertical feet of lift-serviced skiing and snowboarding. It also has a mountain bike park, fishing and endless hiking trails.

The resort’s Nordic Center offers over 12 km of groomed, classic and skate cross-country ski trails. Snowshoeing is also allowed on these trails.

A new addition to the resort’s list of summer adventures is a Zipline Adventure Tour. Small groups can take on the mountain’s second-highest-elevation zipline tour.

Angel Fire is home to many local, family owned and operated restaurants serving up some of the best northern New Mexico has to offer. Whether you want to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner while you’re here, there’s something for everyone.
