By car: Take highway 24 west to Highway 285, Highway 285 south to Poncha Springs, Highway 50 west to Gunnison, then highway 135 north to Crested Butte.

From Grand Junction
Distance: 153 miles (246 km).
By car: Take Highway 50 south/east to Gunnison, then Highway 135 north to Crested Butte.

Alpine Express

Condo Shuttles
Shuttles serve the condominium complexes adjacent the ski area from 8 am-midnight.

The Mountain Express Bus System
Wheelchair accessible shuttle buses between town and the mountain 7:15 am-midnight.

Door-to-door and trailhead transportation in Crested Butte and $1 shuttle bus service after midnight.
